Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders in cases of obvious pricing mistakes, stock unavailability or suspected fraud. An order is confirmed once payment is received.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store any card or payment credentials.

Shipping & returns

Delivery times, free-shipping threshold and our 30-day return policy are described on the Shipping and Returns & Refunds pages, which form part of these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate order information — we are not liable for deliveries failed due to incorrect addresses.

Intellectual property

All designs, product photos, texts and the BuWaWa brand are our property and may not be copied or resold without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
