Shipping

• Free worldwide shipping on all orders over $10. Orders under $10 ship for a small flat fee shown at checkout.
• Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Typical delivery time is 7-15 business days depending on your location.
• A tracking number is provided for every order — you can find it in your account or in the shipping confirmation email.

Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• To start a return, email support@buwawa.xyz with your order number and reason. We will reply with return instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with photos — we will send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. No need to ship anything back.
