We want you to love your BuWaWa order. If something isn't right, here is exactly how we make it right.

30-day return window

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, hair accessories that have been worn can only be returned if they are defective.

How to start a return

Email support@buwawa.xyz with your order number (starts with BW) and the reason for return.
We reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address.
Ship the item back — once it arrives and passes inspection, your refund is on its way.

Exchanges

Want a different color or style? Choose "exchange" when you email us. We ship the new item as soon as the original is on its way back — for defective items, we send the replacement immediately, no need to wait.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear on your statement.

Who pays return shipping?

Defective, damaged or wrong item: we pay — and you keep or discard the item, we may not even need it back.
Change of mind: return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Damaged or wrong item?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or full refund — your choice. No need to ship anything back.
